What got me hooked?: The Souness years! I started as a glory hunter, but when the tide turned I dived into this magnificent club’s history. And I was hooked all over again. Big time, this time around.

The Vale lost 1-0 to ‘Toon Army’ who I remember chased a load of us across waste ground after the game.. crazy geordies! Fleet footed Mick Quinn got the winner… “who eat all the pies…you fat….!”
Fav all time match: Liverpool 3-3 Everton 1989/90 - Derbies dont come as good as this cracker. A Barnes curler, Cottee’s first touch, Sharpe, Beardsley & Rush. Not even ‘King Kenny’ could handle this one!
